Stayed twice in winter, rooms warm, comfortable beds, all bathrooms have bidets. Better breakfast than last year. Tea making facilities. Second Mercure Hotel in Australia, deep bathtub, helpful receptionist, recommended professional, cost-effective airport transport. Enjoyed eating from local shops near hotel. Impeccable cleaning daily, quiet, easily accessible by public transport. Excellent staff, resolved personal problem. Good internet, varied breakfast. Will return with pleasure.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was clean, with great facilities and close to the Metro station. The location in a nice area with lots of amenities made it convenient for us, as we didn't have to go to the city center or walk very far.

The hotel is located in a lovely neighborhood, away from the tourist crowds. It's situated in a quiet residential area, perfect for a peaceful stay. There are plenty of local restaurants and cafes nearby, giving you a taste of authentic cuisine. The staff of this hotel provide excellent service, ensuring you feel welcomed and well taken care of. The rooms are well-equipped with all the facilities you need, including a coffee maker and comfortable beds. Plus, the high-speed free wifi is a great bonus. And to top it all off, breakfast is included in the rate, making it a great value for money.
